Gelcoat sprayed into mold, then fiberglass laid, then foam in middle for stiffness, then fiberglass outside to sandwich foam, then resin infused. Fiberglass and foam below.
Laying the fiberglass over the foam for the decking and coach roof (upside down in mold), before resin infusion process.

Well I hope that they are coring the boat! Ask them where their vacuum bag is? I hope at least they are using Vinlyester???
Oh and first they spray mold release then the gelcoat then the skincoat then the laminates then the core then the outerlaminates
